Dilandau Albatou

While Dilandau himself is more or less a baseline human (with decent, if somewhat undisciplined sword-fighting ability), most of his power comes from his guymelef. The Alseides-class unit stands at roughly 26ft/8m. While most guymelefs in the series are handmade by craftsmen, Alseides units are mass-produced. Capabilities include:

A liquid metal ("Crima") system that runs throughout the armor (including the cockpit). This allows the pilot to expel and shape the metal into a variety of weapons (swords, long-range projectiles/spears, etc.) The system is also highly combustible, bursting into blue flame when compromised.
A flamethrower. Self-explanatory.
A set of three retractable claws per forearm, separate from the crima system.
A camouflage cloak effectively provides invisibility via light refraction.
Various cockpit controls for comms, navigation, and surveillance.
Flight. Range and max elevation is never specified, but can be assumed there are some limits here.

tl;dr for the long-winded explanation below: I play Dilandau as AFAB non-binary/trans masc.

While I largely play Dilandau at the character's face value, his former identity is an important aspect of his story. At five years old, Dilandau (then Celena) was one of many children kidnapped by the Zaibach Empire. Over the course of ten years, his former identity and memories were erased as he was molded into a ruthless soldier in service of the empire.

This is where I've taken some artistic license: within the series, Celena and Dilandau are portrayed as having distinct differences--implied to shift between each other. I play them as a unified person, physically and mentally: Dilandau/Celena are both physically female, but lack secondary sex traits (breasts, facial hair). Whatever stress and pseudo-scientific procedures Dilandau/Celena endured, they never fully expressed female traits and largely pass for male.

My headcanon (related to the above) is that Celena--even at five--was gender non-conforming if not transgender. Dilandau came about as a "fateful" expression of this identity, unfortunately steeped in war and violence. Ultimately, I see Dilandau as an amplification of innate traits as well as an essential, aggressive defense against an objectively awful situation. Post canon, I imagine Celena/Dilandau still has a similar aggressive, stubborn personality, but toned down significantly.

Pronouns: For 95% of threads I default to he/him. If there's any question, feel free to use the same in prose. This may change (rarely) based on particular threads or with CR developments.

Hugging: Sure.
Kissing: Sure.
Flirting: Sure.
Romance: With appropriate build-up (this could take a while) or assumed CR discussion. As above, I play the character as AFAB non-binary/trans masc, and still exploring his identity. Attracted to any and all genders. Would prefer to keep romances within the same developmental age range (i.e. 14-18ish).
Sex: With discussion beforehand. Prefer to focus on lead-up and/or aftermath and the characterization therein. Nothing gratuitous: less sexy, more clumsy as would be age appropriate. Only partners within his age range.

Fighting: ABSOLUTELY. Are you kidding.
Injury: Yes, but discuss, especially for any RP with continuity. Memes are more open.
Death: Would consider it in the context of one-off threads/memes.

Mind-reading: Sure. Let me know first.
Manipulation: Sure, with discussion.
